Burning videos and movies onto a disc has become easier than ever thanks to advancements in technology, but instead of wasting a whole DVD disc on content that can easily fit on a CD, you can burn a VCD. Step 1
Download and purchase VCD Convertert, which includes DVD Converter. Not only will this sophisticated program help you with burning VCDs, but there are many other things you can do with it.
Step 2
Open the program. You will see a menu displaying a lot of different options.Select the “CD” option.

Click on the icon that is labeled “Open/Add.” A new window will load, you can select the avi video files that you want to make a vcd. You can also drag any files into the window, as well.

Sort through and order your videos by clicking and dragging them to the spot you would like or highlighting them and pressing the arrow buttons to move up and down.
